Reviews and photos of the Pangya Party WizCity Eve Festival in Tokyo, 22/10/2011

On October 22nd 2011, the japanese Gamepot Co., Ltd. company held an offline event called “Pangya Party ~WizCity Eve Festival~” ( パンヤパーティー) at the Bellesalle convention center in Akihabara, from 11:00 to 17:30.

At the venue, an introduction of the new course “WizCity” has been held, with talks about future updates and a tournament with the event’s visitors. Admission was free, the number of visitors exceeded 1,800. Attendees received special gifts, including an “original neck strap” and a “club set serial card.” The club set was either the “Flower Club Set,” where the Pangya logo turns into a flower when you take a shot, or the “Drum Club Set,” which features a pleasant drum sound when you take a shot. Additionally, original playing cards featuring chibi-style characters were available for purchase at the venue on the day of the event.

Another similar event called Pangya Party 2 was held on 25.12.2011, more about this will be posted in the next post in the future.

All the photos here have been taken from the following reviews on Game Watch, RMT and Famitsu:

The only two videos I have managed to find about the event:

As seen in one of the above slides, this seems to have been an idea for a car racing-themed new course which has been abandoned:
