I don’t know what Pangya girl is suppose to be but I assume that its from some official artwork.
The problem with Minecraft’s characters is that, due to their pixelated nature, they never resemble the characters they are based off. “Pangya girl” might be one of the two girls selling stuff in Pangya Portable, I couldn’t find their names online. There was also an artwork of them in Pangya PC, they were mentioned as part of the “Dual” guild.

I was also thinking that it might have been those two girls. I guess the person who made it didn’t use a reference or lacked experience making skins.
