I have just come across this interesting photo of the Bhumibol bridge in Bangkok, Thailand, unfortunately only in black&white, notice the Pangya TH billboard on the left bottom corner:
The image has been taken from the book Southeast Asia in a New Era - Ten Countries, One Region in ASEAN, page 199, published in 2010.
The bridge is named after Bhumibol Adulyadej, the ninth king of Thailand. In the photo it’s probably viewed from north to south; the high building on the left might be the Modern Home Tower, the billboard seems to have been placed on one side of the part of the building in front, with the Galaxy logo. This is a photo of both buildings from 2011, unfortunately on Street View there’s no earlier image of them:
The McDonalds’ logo nearby might be near the Lotus’s Rama 3 mall:
I’d be grateful if anyone could confirm this, and maybe provide a color photo of the billboard too.
