It’s an Android emulator for PC and Mac. I don’t know why they’re still listing Pangya M even if it has never been released. Even more strangely, Pangya M was supposed to natively run also under Windows, so there should be no need to use an Android emulator for the game.

That’s not exactly right. While Pangya M is built using Unity which enables easy targetting of desktop devices, M only ever was supposed to release on NCSoft’s Purple…which basically is an emulator.
