Unfortunately there’s no mobile version of the game. It is possible to run a Windows emulator on Android and run the game from there, but it’s quite complicated to setup and you’ll need a powerful phone to be able to run it. For mobile, the best alternative is by running the Playstation Portable version of the game on an emulator (PPSSPP), but it’s an offline-only game.
